First Day of School

Well its official we finally admitted our daughter has grown up over night. Over this summer she has shoot up 2 dress sizes and been through 3 shoe sizes. Learned to put on her own shoes, take off her clothes, brush her teeth, and help with simple chores. We have been encouraging her to become more independent so I guess it is a good thing since we are about to have 2 more little newborns coming soon but its also a sad time for mom and dad. I can remember vividly being at hospital waiting for her arrival and taking her tiny little body home with us. I miss those days but I could not be happier or more proud of the little girl she is becoming.

Some of Luvbug's current Favorite things:
- wearing her light up shoes
- playing with a pink bouncy ball
- talking up a storm, and inquiring about what different words mean.
-singing songs and dancing
- copying silly characters silly voices
- painting or using glitter pens
- meeting friends or simply going out into public, this child is so social!
- reading books, especially if they are new.
- some of her favorite books are Elmo the Helper, Green Eggs & Ham, Goodnight Moon
- playing with her dolls, specifically the one she named after herself that makes noises
- TWIRLING, running, jumping, playing hide and go seek, hopping...basically anything that requires lots of energy and motion
- lining up her stuffed animals and playing train, while mommy is the conductor and we visit different places with all her stuffed animal friends.

AND STARTING SCHOOL FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!

Getting ready to meet her teachers!

Excited about her First Day of School

And of course one with Daddy since he did such a great job getting her completely ready for school! Yes he went shopping and picked out this dress and her shoes all by himself. Dad of the Year!

"Let's get this show on the road!"

I love how the smallest things get kids excited like new backpacks and lunchboxes. She just loves carrying them. She is all ready to go and go now!
Luvbug is the most wonderful little girl in the world! I can't imagine what it will be like to think the same thing about 2 other little ones! Our heart is growing with love every day!
